"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. It sounds as if you left your door wide open to hear everything going on in the hall. Not only that but the doors themselves are LOUD! You can hear every time someone in your hall opens or shuts their door. Again, to the point it wakes everyone up. For paying over $300 a night, I would have hoped I could have gotten to actually sleep for the night. "

"Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers. The bar was a joke way over priced and I'm pretty sure a lot of the patrons were not old enough to even be drinking"

Just a couple of hints on things you could add to increase comfort level:Extra blanketsWine glassesAdditional plates, bowls and glasses Bedside tables on both sides on beds A hard copy of directions to access the rental portal - the link provided thru VRBO would not work thru the app. "
