"Everything was amazing staff , restaurant , hotel , my only complaint would be there was not a full service breakfast . Just coffe shop snacks . "

"The room was large with a king bed and a couch that opened to a full-sized bed. The room had a desk that did not have a lamp which made it very difficult to do do reading/writing activities. We had to ask the front desk for a lamp. The bathroom was large with a glass door shower. Wasted space. The closet was the usual but there where only three metal baskets for clothing for a room for 4. Need more drawer space. The king sized bed had a very hard mattress and extremely soft pillows. Usually hotels have extra pillows available for comfort. I had to go to the front desk for extra blankets because the lack of a comforter style blanket didn’t provide enough warmth. Also had to get more towels and pillows. Went to the indoor heated pool which was what drew us to this hotel and was very disappointed. The pool was warmer than an outdoor pool in May but still very cold. There were no towels so I again had to ask for towels. They told us that the staff was going to bring us some. Another family joined us and they were waiting on the staff to bring them towels too. We couldn’t get out of the pool because it was freezing by then and we were all wet! Finally someone went to the front desk and waited for all of our towels and brought them in. Breakfast was adequate with choices of eggs, meat and potatoes, waffles, breads, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. The hotel is walking distance to many places in Tulsa. Had to pay for Parking. Not returning"

"The floor in our room was sticky and we could wipe dirt off of it. The fridge in our room was broken. We asked hotel staff if they could fix it or get us a new one. They said they would see what they could do and never did anything. This was frustrating as our son has special food that needs to be refrigerated."

"Well located, modern, roomy hotel room with comfy beds. Shout out for whistle clean room and common areas-though a tutorial about how to use the shower would be helpful. 3 of us...all in separate rooms were stymied! Staff was lovely and made every effort to be helpful, but they should be trained in local sights and eateries or offer a simple page handout with vetted suggestions as we were given incorrect info several times. Would def recommend and stay here again! Don't miss Dilly's a few steps away for breakfast if needing an alternative to on site Prospect Cafe."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Front desk was exceptional, let us through the reservation well.The breakfast was amazing. The guys at the Avery really took care of us. We really had a great experience, a great property. Just small knickknack repairs to get."

"The property description was exactly as pictured and stated on VRBO. The property is two separate apartments but felt safe with half of my family upstairs and downstairs. The response from property owner was quick from any questions I had. The property was very clean and spacious. It easily accommodated 11 family members. Everywhere we wanted to go in Tulsa was 20 minutes or less from the property. I would definitely use this property again."

"Great place to stay. Very luxurious. Attention to detail like leaving an extra phone charger in the drawer. Best of all - they welcomed our cats, which is hard to find! We were having our floors refinished and they had nowhere else to go so we were very grateful. Neighborhood is great. We've lived in Midtown Tulsa for 35 years. Love our neighborhood, but this made me want to move! Highly recommend."
