"We were not given the room that was reserved. The desk clerk was going to bring linens and never did. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. Cockroaches!!!!!! I went to the desk to let them know and there was no reaction - they clearly know this is a problem! I was able to check out early and get a partial refund through Expedia."
