I would recommend this property for those looking to visit Grenada on a budget. The location is close to shopping, entertainment, food, and sightseeing. For this prime location, the price to stay here is a steal. The staff is very responsive to issues that one may have, and the complimentary buffer breakfast isn't too bad. Again, this is a not-frills-stick-to-the-basics hotel offering and it will work just find for those that want a nice stay without the financial pinch.

very nice young woman got us checked in quickly after a delay with previous customer. Room was clean but TV was hard to figure out Lana from front desk came and set it all up for us, She was very friendly and helpful again!!

More of a motel. Towels at back door of dining area, not sure why. Very quiet until around 6 am when noise of hotel customers (who were obviously contractors from the many trucks) got up to go to work. Breakfast looked nice but i dont eat it. The area where they excelled was their staff. Both young men, night & morning managers, were extremely helpful and gracious.

I know you won’t share my review, and thats fine. Just typing this for the owner to read and know. The check in was easy, desk manager was friendly and helpful. But I gave all one star because we couldn’t even stay here. Floors were dirty, toilet seat was greasy, couldn’t even wash our hands because there was hairs on the soap dispenser. Hair and dust and gunk under the beds. The room was hot, air conditioner wasnt even on. Theres a gap at the bottom of the door. This is just what we saw the total of 15 minutes we were there! My kids were afraid to sit on the beds. Im just being honest and its not brutal. This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and find. But if you want more business you gotta improve. This place was gross. Maybe some people are ok with that but im sorry me and my family were not! We didnt make a scene or a fuss, we aren’t that type of people but i thought you all should know. Thank you

Sick on the road

The room was started with remodeling but not finished ex rusty lamps unpainted doors trimboards,etc. Room had a musty smell along with the refrig. BUT the bathroom was clean along with the bedlinens. The neighbors next door was noisy but i had stopped because i was sick and it meet my needs for that might.

Left something to be desired!

Check in was easy and the check in person was very cordial and personable. The condition of the room, not so much. The shelf above hanger rack was covered in construction dust. The bathroom looked like it was left partially refurbished. Every piece of metal in the room, from the metal lamp bases to any metal shelving covered in rust. The breakfast only consisted of cereal, some bread for toast or a biscuit with a sausage available. Pretty pitiful, even for a motel breakfast. My wife and I are not really fussy and the price was good but....

Not worth any $

The worse hotel stay ever. I’m sorry to say it! I’m not a complainer! Room had a very strong bleach smell and irritated our eyes, but floors were dirty and looked like piles of debris were swept aside but not picked up. Every piece of metal was badly corroded. The security latch for the exit door was pulled out of the wood trim and was just hanging on the bolt. Leather hassock was worn and torn. Water out of the tap was rusty color, so we dare not make coffee and did not trust the breakfast because of it, meager as it was. Web said the rooms were sound proofed. It was very noisy most of the night. The bed was comfortable and it looked clean. This just was not the way a vacationing couple wants to spend a refreshing night on the road.
