OK stay close to the city center

The location is close to the city center and the Condorcet tramway station, so if you have luggage it will be a short walk to the apartment. There is parking in font of the building and nearby. The living area is quite small, but it is stocked with all the amenities needed. A welcome kit is provided (trash bag, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, etc.) + clean sheets. The view from the window is not great, it leads to the interior yard. The communication with the staff was excellent, they were reachable by mail and phone. Checking in was super easy and accurate (the details about receiving the key were sent by mail). You will be asked to leave the kitchen corner in a proper state and take out the trash when you leave. One thing that should be solved is the clogged bathroom sink.

- l'annonce indiqué vue sur la ville, alors non... Vue sur une cour intérieure, y compris des WC - la salle de bain a été faite sur un ancien balcon et est très mal isolée - le ménage est sensé être inclu dans le tarifs, mais on demande aux personnes réservant de partir avant de le faire... Et il semble que la vérification n'est pas au niveau (casserole dégueulasse, traces dans une poêle, four sale, micro onde douteux, toiles d'araignée,...) - appartement mal isolé phoniquement - canapé (le lit donc) inconfortable et laissant le choix entre coin salon ou chambre) - mails et appel trop fréquents de la part de majordome (celui indiquant de donner 5 étoiles étant le pompon)

Pas vraiment ce que nous attendions ... !

Appartement qui contraste avec ce que l’on peut imaginer par les photos. Nous avons étés déçus du ménage en arrivant : toute la vaisselle était sale, voire très sale avec des traces sur tout, et des résidus dans les casseroles. Les rallonges de la table attestent que le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis plusieurs locations ainsi que les traces suspectes sur le cadre. Nous avons été surpris par le manque d’intimité que procure le choix de ne pas mettre de rideaux, notamment dans les toilettes alors que celles-ci donnent sur une cour intérieure avec beaucoup de vis à vis. D’autre part le siphon de la douche a un débit très lent qui conduit inévitablement à la montée de l’eau dans le bac à douche et la salle de bain est très froide car mal isolée malgré le radiateur en marche. Pour la cuisine, pas de condiments restants malgré les bocaux, pas de dosettes pour la machine à café, pas de dosette pour le lave linge mais une dosette pour lave vaisselle alors qu’il n’y en a pas. Toutefois l’appartement était fonctionnel et le canapé convertible confortable mais je ne recommande pas en l’état. En espérant que ce commentaire puisse vous aider à l’améliorer pour les futurs locataires, Cordialement

Mauvaise expérience

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet Airbnb. Tout d'abord le manage n'a pas été fait avec attention. Je ne me suis pas du tout sentie à l'aise. Et lorsque j'ai voulu faire une lessive j'ai demandé où se trouvait la lessive, et on m'a répondu que les derniers locataires avaient dû la terminer et que c'était à moi d'en acheter. Et absence de papier essuie-tout également. Enfin bref je déconseille ce logement mal entretenu

Bonne localisation

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 4 nuits. Il est idéalement situé dans le centre ville de Grenoble. Le seul bémol est le canapé lit qui convient très bien pour une nuit mais peut se révéler inconfortable lorsqu’on y passe plus de temps.
