Very nice hotel - friendly check-in staff. Good and spacius rooms. Restaurant service was poor and slow - they need attention to details - like cleaning of tables, taking orders in a timely manner. Food was good. Service needs to improve. Pool and sauna - they were nice and clean.

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, alors que c'est un hôtel 4 * et qu'il faisait vraiment chaud. La caution de 100€ n'a pas été remboursée le jour même. Pourquoi? J'attends le virement sur mon compte. Je ne recommande plus cet hôtel.
