The cottage is located in the first row by the beach on a quiet, private road, only 20 metres from the shoreline. The beautiful sea view can be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, terrace and bedroom, allowing you to stay connected with nature wherever you are in the house.



The bright 65 m² cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation. Large windows fill the home with natural light and create a wonderful connection between the indoors and the sea outside. Relax in the hammock with a good book, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, or simply sit back and let the view set the mood.



The bedroom has a raised double bed with a view of the water (width 140 cm/height 100 cm), so you can wake up to the first rays of the sun over the sea. There is also a guest room with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.



The terrace is the perfect place for long summer evenings with a barbecue, a glass of wine and the sound of waves in the background. The cottage also offers private parking and fast WiFi, making it easy to combine relaxation with remote work or streaming.



Mosede is a lovely coastal area with a relaxed atmosphere. Within a few minutes’ walk you will find the charming harbour with restaurants, a café and an ice cream shop, while the beach is literally just outside your door. A supermarket is also nearby.



If you would like to experience city life, shopping or culture, Copenhagen is only about 23 km away. Roskilde and Køge can both be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.
