"Tried twice online to cancel my two nights. Input email, confirmation number etc. To no avail. And you cannot call any number, as there is none. Have stayed there 3 times before, all good, but this year I broke my shoulder and could not travel. When the last night (16th Dec) came around i managed to get hold of the concierge, who told me his boss or supervisor would call me. Never happened."

"The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative. We loved our stay there!"

"Vi har boede flere forskellige steder i Nordjylland, når vi nyder ferie der. Denne gang i Birkelse, som vi ikke kendte til. Vi kiggede på fornuftige priser med mulighed for at medbringe hund. Og det fandt vi i Birkelse Hotel og Kro. Alt helt i orden og fint og dejlig at bo der med ekstra udgang direkte til parkeringspladsen. Værelset kan ikke var ret gammelt og virkede super godt. Et godt anbefalingsværdigt sted!!! Dejligt roligt område med hundeområde og parkområde lige uden for døren."

"Værelset var enkelt pænt og rent. Badeværelset var også fint. Kaffemaskinen i køkkenet var desværre muggen så det blev ikke til noget med en kop morgenkaffe. Ellers fungerede alt som det skulle."
