"Some hair was on the bathroom floor and the sink was dirty, the toilet was detached from the floor and felt loose. The room that I got was next to an Exit door and it was soooo noisy since 5 am. Breakfast was good, nothing special. "

"Everything was great! The location is not a walking location to anywhere. Its a but farther away"

"Clean and spacious rooms. Pool area was clean. Rude receptionist, she had a a lot of attitude & not willing to help, all her answers were short & clipped. Don't expect to get a room before check-in (4pm), I got there at 2:30 & wasn't allowed to check in until 4, I was told yo come back later. If you have parking troubles she, the receptionist,is no help she directs you to the street and suggests you scan a QR code or figure it out with the valet. Asked for help with the TV that wasn't working in our living room & was told to go down to the lobby for a set of batteries, no one came to check on the TV."

"My husband and I came to town for a concert and this hotel was super convenient. Not quite on Broadway, but close enough where it’s walkable. The customer service at the front desk was amazing. Parking was the only issue. I’m not comfortable letting strangers drive my car so I don’t care for valet parking. But there isn’t anywhere to park and they don’t offer self parking. Which forced us to pay $54 a day for valet parking which I felt was excessive. "

"Convenient location if you are passing thru. Nice property with a nice outdoor patio area."

"My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well."
