Petite and Perfect
We had everything we needed for our stay and the house was clean and well decorated. The owners were communicative but not intrusive. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep and this property was perfect for that. The bed was comfortable and we were definitely thankful that was the case.

This was my first time renting by an owner and if this is standard, which i doubt, it will not be my last. From start to finish it was a great experience. The owners were easy to contact and very, VERY, responsive. They, the owners, were also the type of people who know how to take care of their guest. Oh and let me tell you, this place is clean, i mean clean, very clean. In fact, I live with a clean freak and I felt right at home! Lol. I cannot recommend this place enough, so much better than a hotel! If you are wondering, no i do not know the owners nor have i ever met them personally. Great stay, thank you Troy & Ava.

The guest house is newly renovated. I enjoyed how it was away from the main house so I really felt like I had my own space. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Tiny Home
Exactly what was described. Wonderful location so very convenient for my activities. Had a wonderful time. Very comfortable, just a Fantastic Tiny Home. I enjoyed sitting outside, relaxing by the pool. It was one of those 100 degree days in Georgia during my visit. So the cool pool made it so pleasant. After my long day the bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful and very quiet. I would definitely recommend. I'm looking forward to my next trip.

Just the right place
Brand new, light filled guest cottage in lovely neighborhood met our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the new decks for morning coffee/afternoon wine, bird songs and wildlife. We hope to return when visting our son and new family in the area.

LOVELY place to stay!!!
Troy and Ava are wonderful! This pool house had everything I needed & more; a very comfortable bed, fridge, Keurig, microwave, Netflix, and, of course… A beautiful swimming pool to use!! The wifi was faster than my hot-spot. They gave me recommendations to nearby restaurants, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was satisfactory. I’d like to think they did this just because they liked me (lol), but I think they would do this for anyone staying at their place. Good people. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Troy and Ava!
