Escalated through VRBO and still no attempt by host to rectify in terms of apology or partial refund. Very expensive for what it it. Needs care and upgrading."

The only disappointment was the lack of parking and as a result of using their other parking area our car was damaged by another driver. As no details were taken by the hotel of their clients vehicle we were unable to do anything about their client damaging our car. They website needs better details on the parking facilities."
