"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me...

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts. Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location. "Good location with beautiful ocean views! However, no AC and it was quite warm during my stay (late July). Also, no Wifi available. And lastly, I was required to pay an ADDITIONAL 60 euros for bed sheets and towels!!! Why in the world is this not included in the total nightly expense? Not happy about it. Unless the items above can be corrected, I don't know that I recommend this location. MK "

"A beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings. Very good communication and Celime the concierge was outstanding. Only negative was no welcome pack for when we arrived late at night . We would not hesitate to recommend and stay again "

Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Parcs de Grimaud

"Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Les Rosiers for our two nights. Beautiful small boutique hotel with good sized rooms, private outdoor patio, beautiful pool area and lounging areas throughout the property to relax. The owner couple were so hospitable and friendly and inviting. We dined at the hotel one night and it was by far our best dining experience during our entire time in France!! The chef did an exquisite meal for us both as my wife loved her lamb dish and my freshly caught sea bream was fantastic. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. "
