Cet appartement se compose d'un salon traversant lumineux, une cuisine séparée équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, Nespresso, réfrigérateur avec congélateur...), une salle d'eau et un WC séparé, deux chambres doubles (160cm et 140cm) avec vue mer et 1 chambre double (140cm) avec vue sur les canaux de Port Grimaud.
