A bright large apartment on 2 levels - 2 bedrooms/ 5 people. A/C, WIFI A large South-West oriented terrace with a beautiful view. Private area close to the center of Port Grimaud1.
This lovely duplex apartment is located in the private area of Port Grimaud 1. Thanks to the Coches d'eau boat shuttle you can reach very easily the market place or the beach. It is also possible to go by walk in less than 10 minutes.
Located on the 1st floor, it divides into 2 levels. - On the lower floor, a birght living-room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, small washing-machine, microwave, fridge with a little freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with toilets. - On the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds and a shower-room with toilets. A/C, WIFI LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED in the rental. Possibility to rent some.
On the canal side, a sunny terrace to enjoy the sun almost all day long and the boas' passing. A private parking psace near-by. This apartment looks like a small house with a wonderful view.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...) Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
