  • In a quiet environment with vines at the foot of the medieval village of Grimaud, stylish villa of more than 200 sq.m, fully renovated in 2012.Fenced garden with trees of 2200sq.m with gated pool of 9x5.

    bedrooms on ground floor: One air-conditioned bedroom with separated entry, double bed and powder room (shower and separate toilet), one with double bed and powder room (shower and separate toilet). Upstairs bedrooms with air conditioned. You will find a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (of which 1 with air-conditioning), a large bathroom and a powder room (shower and toilet).

    Large fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges (1 double-door), a large cooker with 2 ovens, microwave, a dish washer and many cupboards. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

    There is a summer dining room and a covered terrace.
