Private: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 2'000 m2 trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with alarm system. Super schöner Urlaub

Die Villa und der Garten war ein Traum die Deko Alt mit Modern gemischt super. Toll das jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat , die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziges Mango ist der Pool leider sind die Fliesen im Pool kaputt oder fehlen ganz ( Gefahr für die Füße das man sich nicht schneidet ) und der Rand an der Wasseroberfläche ist grünspannig, Beleuchtung im Pool geht auch nicht. Das Interhome Team vor Ort war auch super man fühlte sich sofort willkommen.

Die Villa ist ein Traum! Das einzige, was erneuert werden müsste, ist der Handtuchständer für draußen (er fällt dauernd um, total verostet) und die Besen (total kaputt, braucht man, um Blätter zu kehren.). Leider kann man in keinem Bad Handtücher aufhängen. Es sind zwei wundervolle Zimmer und zwei sehr kleine, wenn man nur mit Erwachsenen kommt, etwas ungünstig. Aber das sind alles nicht wirklich Mängel. Wir waren sehr glücklich, würden sie wieder buchen:)

Sehr schöne Villa

In der Villa war alles sehr gut und grosszügig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülautomat, Induktionskochfeld, grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank) und es hat alles funktioniert. Das Haus befindet sich in einer überwachten Überbauung, welches nur mit Schlüssel oder Code zugänglich ist. Der Garten mit Pool ist toll, inkl. grossem Esstisch, Lounge, Gasgrill, Liegestühle... Betreuung Interhome war super!

Top Lage, schönes Haus, Renovierungsstau

Das Haus vom Baustil/Aufteilung und Lage sind hervorragend. Im Haus selbst müssten einige Dinge instandgesetzt werden (nicht nur w. Mietpreis von 5.500 €, p.W.) Fast alle Tastaturen der Toilettenspülung waren defekt, es fehlen Haken z. Trocknen der Handtücher, das Geschirr ist altmodisch/reines Stückwerk. Der Gärtner war einmal da und hat keinen Rasen gemäht, so dass man diesen nicht mehr betreten konnte. Rd. um den Pool kam Unkraut aus denPlatten. Im Pool lösen sich die Fliesen o.fehlen flächig
