Great place to stay for family

Superb location, St Tropez beaches is 20min by car. Property is in good shape, perfect for family. Maybe not the fanciest/latest, but great price performance. Spacious living area with proper kitchen, nice pool. Bad things: - internet was unstable Overall 4.5 of 5 expercience

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Zu empfehlen!

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und unserem Hund 14 ausnehmend schöne Tage in der Villa piscine verbracht. Leider waren sowohl Pool als auch Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft übersät mit Piniennadeln. Die Terrasse haben wir selbst gereinigt, für den Pool kam am folgenden Morgen eine ausnehmend freundliche und sorgfältige Dame.Weitere Kritikpunkte hatten wir nicht!

Kleinod mit grandiosem Garten und fantastischem Weitblick

Nach der Renovierung ist das Haus und der Garten noch toller als im Inserat. Das sehr geschmackvolle und lässige Interior mit genialem Kieselboden und die Erweiterung des Wohnzimmers lädt zum Verweilen ein, obwohl das Highlight sicher der Garten ist. Ein riesiger Pool, wunderbare Vegetation und der uneingeschränkte Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez sind traumhaft. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden, gute Möbel und schöne Ecken zum Sitzen. Abends kann man Garten, Pool und Bäume beleuchten. Die Zimmer sind teils klein aber gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde deutlich modernisiert, sogar ein Weinkühlschrank ist eingebaut, schönes Geschirr und Teller, lediglich die Küchenutensilien sind knapp und veraltet. Die Aircon ist nicht ganz einfach einzustellen, Ende August brauchten wir sie eigentlich nicht mehr. Der Weg nach Grimaud ist relativ schnell, und alles gut erreichbar.

Unforgettable stay in Grimaud

This July we had a really great time at the villa "La piscine". Whether relaxing on the air mattress or playing water volleyball in the pool, table tennis, beach ball, or just relaxing by the pool, there was something for everyone. We enjoyed the evenings on the terrace in a great atmosphere. We also liked the contact with the landlord Antoine before, during and after the trip. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would like to come back again!

Magnifique propriete, avec maison tout confort bien agencee, et belle vegetation bien entretenue. Tres belle piscine avec mobilier adequat. Vue magnifique sur piscine et golfe de Saint Tropez, jour et nuit exactement comme sur les photos. Proche commerce. Equipe de gestion (proprietaire et agents) sympathique, facilement accessible et efficace. Sejour un peu court, mais sera certainement plus long la prochaine fois!

Wunderbares Häuschen im Grünen

Wir haben Ostern 2019 eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht, zusammen mit unseren 3 Kindern und der Oma. Am besten gefallen hat uns der riesige Pool samt Sprungbrett, in dem die Kinder Stunden verbracht haben und viel Spaß hatten. Im Garten und auf der Terrasse ist sehr viel Platz, so dass jeder ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden konnte. Das Haus an sich ist zwar nicht groß, dafür aber sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Nächte waren sehr erholsam, dank der tollen Betten und der Ruhe. Auch die haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden auch selber nochmal da buchen.

Magnifique maison!

Situation idéale pour profiter de ce magnifique Golfe de St.Tropez. Maison au calme avec vue mer. Grand jardin, magnifique piscine, maison très agréable à vivre que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. On se sent bien! Possibilité de partir dès la maison pour se promener ou faire du VTT. Superbe maison, on a adoré notre séjour

On a adoré la villa: le jardin est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est très grande et les enfants ont passé leur semaine dedans, et la vue est splendide. Contact hyper sympa avec le propriétaire. On y retournera l'année prochaine

Voila comment l 'on peut définir cette maison de vacances. Nous y avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours et avons largement apprécié sa piscine et son jardin magnifique. Calme et détente assurés! La maison est confortable, bien équipée et s'ajoute à cela la disponibilité de ses gardiens et de son propriétaire. De part sa situation entre Sainte-Maxime et St-Tropez, nous avons pu effectuer de belles ballades.... Un petit plus: un petit commerce de proximité non loin de la maison ce qui est bien pratique pour ne pas avoir à courir le temps des vacances quant il manque quelque chose... Nous y retournerons.
