Charming 17th-century cottage in the heart of a typical Périgord Noir hamlet, fully restored with well-kept outdoor spaces and quality amenities. This characterful address offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to local attractions and the region’s must-see sites.
The banks of the Dordogne are within walking distance, as are shops, sports and cultural activities, and the greenway. Just 10 minutes south of Sarlat-la-Canéda, you’ll stay near the valley’s most beautiful tourist spots. Your hosts look forward to welcoming you warmly and attentively.
The accommodation is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or up to 3 adults. The upstairs bedroom is air-conditioned for comfort in summer. An extra mattress is available under the bedroom bed to enhance the sofa bed’s comfort or for use as an extra bed on the floor. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
Outside, enjoy a private hot tub on the terrace, accessible year-round—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A reserved parking space is available in the nearby communal parking area.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee, which must be paid separately, and must be declared before arrival.
