Rimeligt, men koldt ophold.

Billigt hotel, hvis man tænker økonomisk. Man bor i containere, som er blevet lavet om til små boliger. De er ikke isoleret, hvilket gør vægge og gulve ufatteligt kolde. Derfor skulle man tro, at dem som driver hotellet, havde tændt op for varmen inden ankomst, men det havde de ikke. I den tid vi var der, blev der ikke varmet nok op så man kunne gå rundt uden sko på. Især toilettet var isnende koldt. Kunne forestille mig at det er koldt om vinteren og varmt om sommeren. Beliggenheden var et tomt øde sted, som minder om Christiania i Danmark. “Enter at own risk” stod der på et stort skilt. Lugtede lidt sært på værelset. Gode hovedpuder og dyner. Fint indrettet. Dejligt med et lille tekøkken, hvis man skal have ting opbevaret i køleskab. Fint ophold til prisen. Meget gør-det-selv med ind og udtjekning. Så intet personale på noget tidspunkt.

Haben ein Queensizebett gebucht und 2 Einzelbetten erhalten. Eine Korrektur vor Ort war nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Eine Steckdose war nicht richtig befestigt und guckte an den Kabeln aus der Wand. Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdose. Wenn man sich föhnen und dabei in den Spiegel gucken möchte, geht das nur, wenn man den Spiegel abnimmt und an anderer Stelle wieder aufstellt. Ansonsten eine schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft an einem besonderen Ort außerhalb der Stadt.

Prima locatie voor een weekendje Groningen. De zeecontainer is verrassend ruim en modern ingericht. Fijn dat er keukentje met een koelkast aanwezig is.

Leuke plek, het oude suikerunieterrein, op een half uur lopen van het centrum. In een zeecontainer, maar binnenkant geheel nieuw. Ze waren net open, dus enige verbeterpunten, maar de basis is goed en betaalbaar.

Bereikbaarheid slecht. Adres Suikerlaan 25 was in 2 navigatiesystemen nog niet bekend. Na opbellen naar het hotel vonden we via Google Maps de locatie. Voeg een duidelijk kaartje met routebeschrijving bij deze accomodatie. De omgeving van het htel ziet er nog uit als een bouwterrein. Geen horecavoorzieningen. Receptie slechts tijdelijk bemenst.

Aanrader voor jongeren

Geweldig idee, die containers. Aanrader voor jongere reizigers en voor een kort verblijf. Wel nog wat kleine details in orde te brengen ( kinderziektes van tweede dag opening denk ik ). Termostaat op kamer 302, slot deur werkt niet goed, en klein lekje aan kraan. TV is er niet maar heb ik niet gemist door goed werkend internet. Thermostatische kraan aan douche zou pluspunt zijn.. Het raam achter bed is moeilijk bereikbaar om dit open en dicht te zetten. Voor de rest : als ik in de buurt moet zijn kom ik terug en hopelijks is de buurt dan ook wat verder ingericht.
