"The staff were welcoming. We had a wonderful time but the bed was extremely creepy and sofa was not very uncomfortable. The pool area was very nice and we loved hanging out by the pool. The air conditioning worked very well. When we needed something for the kitchen the staff were quick to get us what we needed. The location is is great. "

"Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. "Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. Only thing was that i checked in at 4pm but checkin time was 3pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. Normally i wouldn’t mind but we had a sunset cruise and we where running out of time. Thankfully we still made it in time. "
