Ein tolles Haus, welches sich hervorragend für ein Familientreffen eignet. Die Sauna lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Bootssteg mit Zugang zum See bietet eine prima Möglichkeit zum Abkühlen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Urlaub für die ganze Familie!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in toller Umgebung verbracht! Wir sind mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Kind gereist. Für alle war ausreichend Platz! Die Bedingungen für Rollstuhlfahrer vor Ort waren gut. Toilette und Dusche könnten eventuell noch mit einer Halterung zur Stütze nachgerüstet werden. Das Ferienhaus ist Sauber und bei Tageslicht Hell. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und konnten die gemeinsamen Tage als Familie sehr genießen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Einen Kartoffelschäler könnte man noch nachrüsten. Natürlich merkt man, dass die Betten genutzt werden. Irgendwann könnte das Lattenrost im Elternschlafzimmer mal getauscht werden, da es knarzt. Aber dies sind ganz normale Gebrauchsspuren die Ferienwohnungen mit der Zeit aufweisen. Wir haben alle gut geschlafen und sind wunderbar erholt gestartet. Das Ferienhaus können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Sehr gern kommen wir wiedermal dahin! Die Kommunikation mit Frau Kuper verlief unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Danke für diesen schönen Ort.

Ferienhaus Sommerwind

Wir waren vom 16.09.-26.09.2023 in dem Ferienhaus zu Gast. 6 Erwachsene und ein Hund. Wir können nur sagen Timmel ist eine Reise wert. Das Haus mit Garten liegt super für Spaziergänge in der Natur. Es ist ruhig so wir wir es gesucht und gefunden haben. Im Umkreis von 60-70 km gibt es viel zu erkunden. Ob Norddeich, Horumersiel, Leer oder Moorland alles sehr gut zu erreichen für einen Tagesausflug. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und das Wetter hat sich ebenfalls von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Super Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war super toll, das Haus ist groß und hat sehr viel Platz. Der Garten und der angrenzende Flussarm laden zum verweilen und zum entspannen ein. Es ist soweit alles da was benötigt wird. Wir werden diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall nochmals buchen und Freunden oder Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln in toller Lage

Die einzigartige Lage hat uns über einige Mängel des Hauses hinwegsehen lassen. Quietschende, z.T. defekte Lattenroste, durchgelegene Matratzen, quasi nicht vorhandene Beleuchtung im unteren Badezimmer, ungespültes Geschirr in den Schränken, stinkender Dunstabzug, dreckiger Boden. 5*-Standard war hier nicht gegeben, zumal diese Zertifizierung im März 2023 abgelaufen ist. Schade, dass nicht mehr Wert auf die Instandhaltung des an sich tollen Hauses gelegt wird. Nachdem wir den gröbsten Schmutz in der Küche beseitigt hatten, konnten wir unseren Urlaub genießen und vom Garten aus zu tollen Kanutouren starten.

Gelungene Auszeit

Wie haben die Weihnachten und Silvester mit 6 Personen und Hund dort verbracht. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und groß genug für so eine Gruppe. Räder sind vorhanden und gut gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist gut geeignet für lange Spaziergänge mit und ohne Hund, Restaurants sind im Umkreis mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber! Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und die Küche komplett mit allem ausgestattet! Das Grundstück ist perfekt für Kinder und/oder Hunde zum Austoben! Der Bootssteg rundet das ganze ab und der Ausblick ist wunderschön! Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Mieter ist schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen!!!

Ostfriesland - wir kommen wieder

Wir durften mit unseren Freunden einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem herrlichen Haus in wunderschöner Lage verbringen. Es war einfach alles perfekt: unkomplizierter Chek in und Check out, eine Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen - nicht einfach „nur“ ein Ferienhaus, sondern liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten mit toller Terasse inkl. Grill, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, und dem verfügbaren Kanu, war für unsere Teenies, uns Erwachsene und Hund gleichermaßen ein Genuß. Wir konnten jeden Tag Neues entdecken und das Wetter war traumhaft. Kurz gesagt: ein perfekter Urlaub☺️. Danke auch an Frau Kuper, die uns bei Fragen jederzeit geholfen hat.

Ein tolles Haus mit hellen großen Räumen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte ein angrenzendes liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderschlafzimmer. Alles im allen hatten wir (7 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) ein entspanntes tolles verlängertes Wochenende.
