  • Very beautiful new 81M2 gite for four people, located 1km from the center of Grospierres in southern Ardèche, 10 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
    Five minutes by car from the Ardèche river, with a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Cévennes, come and enjoy this pretty detached house in this popular region.
    Exterior stone walls, independent fenced garden of 300 m2, fully fitted new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, range hood, fridge with freezer) with pantry (washing machine), 30 m2 lounge with television, two bedrooms upstairs (new bedding: one double bed, two single beds), a modern bathroom, a separate toilet.

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances pendant 2 semaines dans la maison de Marie Jose et AIain. La location est très propre, parfaitement équipée, et très agréable à vivre au quotidien. Très bien située également car nous avons pu faire de nombreuses activités à moins de 20 min de voiture: canoé, baignade, randonnée, grotte, accrobranche etc. Nous recommandons vivement!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Dorfrandlage mit Aussicht

Wir haben zu Zweit eine sehr schöne Zeit in Grospierres verbracht, und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist neu und modern renoviert incl. Klimaanlage und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ein großes Plus ist die ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht, bei gleichzeitiger Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Sportmöglichkeiten (Kajak, Wandern, Fahrrad), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Kurze Entfernungen nach Vallon Pont d'Arc, zur Ardèche. Auto unbedingt notwendig. Nochmals Danke, Alain & Marie-José, Ihr habt uns sehr nett empfangen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Es war sehr heiß, die Klimaanlage im Haus war da sehr hilfreich. Wir sind mehrfach direkt vom Haus losgewandert - kurze und lange Strecken. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ein Kleinod in malerischer landschaftlicher Umgebung

In einer malerischen Landschaft, umgeben von Weinbergen und mit einem unglaublichen Blick von der großzügigen Terrasse in die umliegende Cevennen begrüßte uns unser sehr freundlicher Gastgeber Alain in seinem wunderschönen Gasthaus, welches wir alleine mit vier Personen bewohnten. Alles an diesem Steinhaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail geplant: angefangen von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt, einer Fußboden-Klimaanlage, die gar nicht auffällt oder aber alle wunderbaren Einbauschränken , die selbst eingebaut wurden und unsere Koffer schnell und sauber auspacken ließen. Die Unterkunft besticht neben der grandiosen Lage durch Sauberkeit und perfekte Raumaufteilung, so dass ein Familienurlaub bestens möglich ist. Wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse aus geliebt! Sogar ein Weber Grill steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. An die Terrasse grenzt ein großzügiger Gartenbereich mit schattenspendendem alten Baumbestand zum Verweilen ein. Da Alain als Kind hier aufgewachsen ist, konnte er uns viele Ausflugtipps, sei es unbekannte Badestellen an der Chassezac oder Ardeche, sowie Wanderziele wie die Chastelas oder Font Vive empfehlen. Auch die alten wunderbaren französischen Dörfer mit Ihrer reichhaltigen Kultur sind von hieraus bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es scheint in dieser Gegend, als sei die Zeit glücklicherweise ein wenig stehen geblieben und ein Esprit des Savoir-vivre bewahrt worden zu sein, ohne auf die Vorzüge der Moderne zu verzichten. Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Grospierres. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons fait la connaissance du propriétaire Alain qui est très sympathique, et agréable. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire aux alentours. Il y a plein de choses à faire ! Wunderbare Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein schön gelegenes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, das hochwertig eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Alain und seine Frau sind sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Sie haben für uns einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert und uns eine wunderschöne Wanderung zur Font vive und einem Felsen aufgezeichnet. Wir werden das Ferienhaus gerne wieder buchen.

Das charmante Ferienhäuschen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne, komfortble Inneneinrichtung mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten und einer tollen großen Terrasse mit einem grandiosem Ausblick über die Weinberge. Die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand ermöglicht eine optimale Erholung und ist ein guter Startpunkt für nahegelegene Wanderungen oder Radtouren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Tipps zu Wander- und Radtouren, Badestellen, Tagesausflügen, Kanuturen, etc. Unsere zwei wunderbaren Wochen waren viel zu schnell vorbei. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Une magnifique semaine au cœur de l'Ardèche

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite est très très agréable, avec une vue grandiose sur les vignes. La propreté est irréprochable comme la qualité de la literie. La fraicheur du lieu grâce à la climatisation par le sol est un vrai plus en cette période de forte chaleur. Je finirai par l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaire qui n'a d'égale que leur prévenance pour nous indiquer les bonnes adresses de baignade à proximité. La région est très intéressante par son histoire et son architecture et les activité extérieures sont un ravissement. (baignades, randonnées, ...) Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir. Superbe séjour en Ardèche

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée, la propreté est irréprochable. La vue depuis la terrasse ombragée... est superbe..., on ne s'en lasse pas. Du logement, de nombreuses promenades à pied sont possibles (ancien village du Chastelas, la résurgence de Font Vive, la Chapelle Notre Dame des Songes....etc... Quant aux villages à visiter, ils sont très nombreux et tous, les uns....plus beaux que les autres... Tout a vraiment été parfait et très agréable pour nous durant notre séjour. (Encore merci aux propriétaires). Je ne saurais que vous recommander cette location de Grospierres
