Very beautiful new 81M2 gite for four people, located 1km from the center of Grospierres in southern Ardèche, 10 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Five minutes by car from the Ardèche river, with a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Cévennes, come and enjoy this pretty detached house in this popular region.
Exterior stone walls, independent fenced garden of 300 m2, fully fitted new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, range hood, fridge with freezer) with pantry (washing machine), 30 m2 lounge with television, two bedrooms upstairs (new bedding: one double bed, two single beds), a modern bathroom, a separate toilet.
Pets are not accepted.
