Escape to our simple 30m2 studio apartment in Grospierres! Enjoy a tranquil getaway with friends or family and reconnect with nature. Discover numerous fun activities, including horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking down Gorges de l'Ardéche or Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, discovering the medieval castles or mysterious caves, and visiting the volcanic sites. After an adventurous day, pick up some snacks and souvenirs at one of the local markets before returning to our lovely space to relax. Our space can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child of 10 years old or less.

Retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE with 1 Double bed and a folding bed to accommodate a child of 10 years old or less. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air on the terrace.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a bathtub. We'll provide you with bed and bath linen!

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find everything you need to whip up a quick snack, including a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at the on-site restaurant!

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Sowell Family Le Vallon where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared outdoor pool (open in July and August), a spa located across the resort (available for an additional fee), a games area, a kids club (in July and August), a tennis court (available for an additional fee), and more!

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site!

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of €10/night.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable €300 damage deposit and a small daily tourist tax and eco tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person. An end-of-stay cleaning is included!

Go for a horse-back ride at Equestrian Center Du Rouret, a 3-minute drive away. Enjoy wine tasting at one of the many wineries, including Domaine Chazalis, a 6-minute drive away. Go for a relaxing stroll at Résurgence de Font Vive and admire the bright blue pond!
