The 55 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, gbmv1-04, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode is suitable for up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the sunny, covered balcony facing southwest; where you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate. Thanks to an opening running along the northwest side—similar to a French balcony—the apartment is particularly flooded with light.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand beach with its boardwalk, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The Amenities
The light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). The separate bedroom, facing northwest, offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches). The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors, and is directly connected to the adjacent bedroom.
You can enjoy relaxing, sunny moments with a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, southwestern-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not permitted in this apartment.

From February 9– 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed due to maintenance work. You can rent dressing gowns and sauna towels from us for a small fee.
