Sehr schöne Wohnung, 1A-Lage und grandioser Ausblick auf die Ostsee! Kritik: Bäckereien sind fußläufig zu weit entfernt und nur mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Die Türen in der Tiefgarage sind so schwer eingestellt, dass man als Frau kaum das Fahrrad aus dem Raum bekommt oder die Koffer zum Fahrstuhl.

Wir (Eltern und 2 Kinder) haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaubs hier verbracht. Wir haben ein Appartement im dritten Stock. Zuerst zur Wohnung, die ist alles in allem super und verdient 5 Sterne. Hier und da sind kleine Sachen zu bemängeln. In der Küche keine Topflappen, im WC kein Haken fürs Handtuch, Wlan wenn man mal beim Streamingdienst Abends einen Film sehen will eher schwach, das sind aber alles keine großen Sachen. Warum dann drei Sterne wenn die Wohnung top ist? Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage ist einfach schlecht. Treppenhaus znd Aufzug sind einfach nur ungepflegt bis schmuddelig, die Fenster im Treppenhaus und auch in unserer Wohnung wurden Monate nicht gereinigt. Im Wellnessbereich die Duschen und zumindest ein Duschkopf schmuddelig, in der Sauna bei den Öfen liegt der Dreck drunter. Das alles passt so gar nicht zum Anspruch den diese Anlage wohl an sich selber hat und man sollte mit dem Dienstleister der für die Reinigung zuständig ist ein ernstes Wort reden oder sich einen neuen suchen. Der Eindruck im Treppenhaus, Aufzug, Saunabereich ist jedenfalls überhaupt nicht schön. Nein,ich muss sagen, es ist schmuddelig, schlicht und einfach. Hier gehört von oben bis unten, hinten bis vorne eine Totalreinigung gemacht. Leider war auch unsere Wohnung bei Einzug hier und da in den Ecken noch staubig, aber das haben wir einmal durch gekehrt und fertig. Also, Wohnung super, alles da was es braucht, wunderschöner Meerblick, top. Da kann man nichts falsch machen hier zu buchen. Allgemeinzustand des Objekts leider bescheiden. Eine richtige Reinigung inklusive Fenster sollte hier bald mal angegangen werden. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
