The exceptionally good views of the sea and the beach, as well as the short distance of just 80 m to the sandy beach, make this apartment an ideal choice for anyone looking to spend relaxing days right on the coast.

The apartment has a total of 2 rooms, including 1 bedroom (intended for children), a living room with a dining area, and a separate kitchen. The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, Blu-ray player, radio, and Wi-Fi. Large windows with privacy screens ensure a comfortable level of privacy. The covered balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning for sun protection, invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the water in a sheltered setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, a separate freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. A dining table completes the dining area for shared meals. The bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and large mirrored wall.

Additional amenities include a coat rack, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, full-length mirror, vacuum cleaner, and smoke detector. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, and a clothes drying rack and a free private parking space are also provided. Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
