"Ontzettend mooie plek in een dal, je moet goed ter been zijn, veel hoogte verschillen. Alles netjes en top geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid alles vers.
Wij verbleven in de luxe, nieuwe, huisjes. Dit was een soort veredelde tent, erg leuk, wij zaten bij het bruggetje, de beste plek van al deze want je kon buiten zitten, veel ruimte.
Maar het had tujdens ons verblijf geregend, dan wel fris en alles klam. Kachel kon wel aan, maar ja in de zomer deden we dit...

"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

"Soweit war alles gut, wir waren zufrieden.
Leider auch ein paar Kleinigkeitendie die wir uns besser gewünscht hätten.
In der Toilette Ist eine Dichtung zu ersetzen, es läuft ständig Wasser durch und macht geräusche.
Auch das Klappbett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

"Casa piccola ma confortevole, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, posizione fantastica e per di più casa molto silenziosa anche se in centro, con parcheggio vicinissimo.Vivamente consigliata, unico “neo” se così si può chiamare, la mancanza di un terrazzino, quindi la difficoltà a far asciugare salviettoni costumi … ma già così com’è la casa è perfetta! "Le logement était très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et l'île de Giglio ! Nous avons vu de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Le logement était top avec beaucoup d'espaces pour chacun et 2 belles terrasse. L'endroit est super calme et reposant. Les contacts avec Serena se sont bien passés et tout s'est bien déroulé. Nous avons eu droit à une gentille attention; le frigo était rempli de boissons fraîches lors de notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans aucun problème !"

"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer.
It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day.
The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess.
Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more.

"This pristine and beautiful property took our breath away upon arrival. Five star service and amenities abound. Our suite was stunning and well appointed. We felt as if we stepped back in time and were reminded of what outstanding service and accommodations should be like ~ a much needed respite after a busy week in Florence. "It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. It was quiet during the night. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The only minus was discovering a previous guest's blood stain on the duvet one of us had used overnight, which I pointed out to the staff as we checked out."

"This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!"
