  • 55m² apartment completely renovated in 2011, offers a special character in a peaceful and pleasant space. Fully equipped with high-end appliances and heated by inverter convector for the winter season, with 400m² garden (table and benches, deckchairs, BBQ)

    Located in a quiet mid-mountain village (450 meters above sea level) midway between the towns of Ajaccio and Propriano. It is about two hours drive from the extreme south BONIFACIO and the west coast of the coves of PIANA.

    Near the beaches of Porticcio (sea front of Grosseto-Prugna) 15-20 minutes, hiking trails (mare e mare, Cuscione plateau - cross-country skiing, hiking) and the Taravo river.

    The village has a grocery store, a butcher, a post office, a restaurant bar, a snack bar and a free multimedia access point. A pharmacy and doctor's office are 2.5 km away.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and spacious

The apartment was superb. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the western side of the island. Our host, Felix was very accommodating and a great source of local knowledge. Thank you!

logement typique et arrangé avec goût et équipé comme un maison habitée (tous les produits, sopalin, papier cuisson, etc...). côté jardin trés agréable. canapé en 2ème couchage moyen pour 2 personnes. à rajouter peut être quelques petites serviettes (lavage de tête) dans la salle de bain.hôte sympathique et bienveillant.

Parfait pour partir en randonnée sur la journée dans l'Alta Rocca comme les vallées du Prunelli ou de la Gravona.Le jardin est super à l'heure de l'apéro et Félix et son épouse des hôtes attentionnés.Le gite est parfaitement meublé et équipé avec goût et qualité. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Félix, très bon accueil. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Il faut compter 30 min minimum pour aller au moindre site touristique, plage, randonnée, cascade, ...

Berge und Meer

Die Lage hatten wir gewählt, um sowohl Wandern als auch Schwimmen zu können, aber in die Berge ist es deutlich weiter als zum Strand, was der erfahrene Korsika-Besucher allerdings auch weiß. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und durchdacht, aber etwas dunkel. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, spielt das keine Rolle. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Außensitz- und Grillplatz. Felix, der Vermieter ist zuverlässig und sehr freundlich.

Félix a été très accueillant et arrangeant concernant l’arrivée et le départ, soucieux de notre bien être dans la maison. Le logement est bien équipé, sympa, bien que sombre. Point pratique : le parasol, la glacière et le linge mis à disposition

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Grosseto-Prugna. C’est un petit village tranquille un peu à l’écart mais pas très loin de belles plages (environ 30-40 min en conduisant très tranquillement). La location est très belle, bien équipée et à un jardin très sympa. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant.

Ein kleines Juwel, sehr netter Vermieter

Einfach alles was sich zwei Biker wünschen: tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz, Garten mit Laube und Grill, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, große Küche, klimatisiert in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Kein WLan aber guter Nettempfang.

Gîte très original ,refait avec goût, et agréable où l’on se sent bien. La proximité avec Ajaccio est très appréciable (aéroport) Félix P. est très sympathique et arrangeant. Pour les bons marcheurs, chemin de randonnée à proximité. Merci pour ce court mais excellent moment.

Très agréable !!

Logement très bien équipé et très propre ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée vet lors de notre séjour 🙂 Seul petit bémol le manque de lumière mais c'est dû à la typologie du logement. Logement très charmant et rénové avec goût !

De superbes vacances

Le gîte de Félix correspond exactement à son annonce. Tout est prévu pour que rien ne manque. Félix est attentif au bien-être de ses vacanciers, tout en restant discret. Le gîte est confortable et chaleureux. Il est aménagé avec goût. Il est situé dans un très beau village, où règne une ambiance paisible et accueillante. Nous recommandons la boucherie du village (viande de qualité et boucher très sympa), ainsi que le resto situé en face du gîte. Les pizzas sont excellentes et elles peuvent être emportées. Le gîte est situé entre mer et montagne, ce qui fait varier les lieux à découvrir. Bref, nous avons passé de très belles vacances, grâce à la Corse, aux Corses et à Félix et son épouse que nous remercions. Corine et Christophe

Belle location

J’avais choisi cette location dans ce village de Grosseto pour être parmi les corses du village. Un peu éloigné de la ville de Porticcio mais on y arrivait facilement par une belle route. L’appartement était très bien aménagé et tout refait par le propriétaire qui fut très sympathique avec nous.

Le gîte est parfait ! Joli, rien n'y manque; le propriétaire discret et soucieux du confort de son locataire: il y a même des jeux sympas pour que les enfants s'occupent à l'extérieur. Petits et grands on est l'espace d'un séjour un peu chez nous!!! Merci Félix

Parfait

Nous remercions encore Felix pour son accueil, ses attentions et ses conseils touristiques. La maison est superbe, pleine de charme et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est très agréable et reposant. Nous nous y sommes sentis et nos enfants aussi, un peu comme chez nous. Elle réunie le charme de l'ancien et le confort du contemporain. Tout est conforme aux descriptions et photos.
