12 - 14 people; 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
All comforts: reversible air conditioning, washing machines and dishes, ovens, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas and electric hobs, 5 TVs, WIFI internet throughout the house, cot and baby chair, barbecues, deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture, etc...

Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the accommodation. All arrivals and departures between 9pm and 8am will be charged 50 euros to the tenant. Any additional person will be charged 80€ per day.
Before departure, the rubbish must be thrown away and the dishes put away.
You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if the accommodation is not returned in a correct state of cleanliness.
