"A wonderful get away in a rustic Austrian house. Norbert, the host, was always on hand for a chat and schnapps! Wonderful scenary everywhere! Unfortunately, the worst weather in May for 50 years. Didn't spoil the holiday but some of the passes were closed, 80 CMS of snow on the Grossglockner, not good on a motorcycle!"

"Schönes großzügiges Haus. Ausstattung war komplett in Ordnung, die Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Man sollte sich trotzdem bewusst sein, dass sämtliche Aktivitäten besser mit dem Auto zu erledigen sind. Zu Fuß vom Berg runter sind es locker 45 Minuten und später muss man da auch wieder hoch, ist ziemlich steil - deshalb besser fahren. Was ich noch als allgemeine Information vor allem für Hundebesitzer und Kinder wichtig wäre: ein guter Zeckenschutz wäre von höchster Wichtigkeit und immer gut...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Einen (halben) Stern Abzug möchte ich dennoch machen. Bad und Toilette waren zwar sauber aber könnten durchaus mal renoviert werden. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Steckdose und der Schrank war etwas abenteuerlich stabil. (Die Kopfkissen waren auch nicht so doll)Ansonsten waren Küche und Wohnzimmer gut ausgestattet. Und der Aussenbereich war ebenfalls schön zum sitzen."

"We had a nice stay in the large house situated 5 km from the small village Maria Alm. The outdoor area was well equipped with gas grill and eating table plus chairs. The rooms inside where large and nicely renovated, especially the bathrooms. It was somewhat longer to drive around to the sites we wanted to visit than we anticipated (mostly local roads, seldom motorways), but Salzburg, Kønigsee and Zell am See where within 1-1,5 hours drive from the house"

"We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. De gastvrouw was erg aardig en behulpzaam, ze sprak ook prima engels. De broodjes, melk en eieren service en de mogelijkheid om warme maaltijden te bestellen was een heel waardevolle aanvulling op het pakket. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim van opzet. Ook de tuin om de woning was leuk ingericht met ruimvoldoende speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen en een lekker overdekt terras. Verder waren er veel voorzieningen op steenworp afstand...

"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning when staying in the summer. This may be uncomfortable on hot days. Overall I would highly recommend and we plan to return in the winter months "
