Welcome to our brightest and architecturally impressive gallery apartment. With 19 windows and two generous skylights, you can enjoy an extraordinary living ambience with a breathtaking view to the south and east - directly into the greenery and the grass jumping arena, where you can watch the horses at work.

The Space:
Maximum living comfort for up to 8 people:

-Two bedrooms on the upper gallery level, connected by an elegant walkway
-Spacious master bedroom with a 1.80x2m bed and an impressive sliding door (2x2.5m) which, when opened, floods the entire living area with light
-Additional bedroom for 4 people with comfortable sleeping arrangements (double bed 1.60x2.00m + bunk bed 1x80x2.00m + 1x1.20x2m)
- Additional high-quality sofa bed (1.60 m wide) in the living area

Optional services such as bed linen and towels can be booked at an additional cost: bed linen (€10/set), towels (€5/set), dog (€15/night), cleaning of sauna/whirlpool (€7.50 each/per stay), electricity for sauna according to consumption (€3.50/hour).

The POOL mentioned in the description IS ONLY A NATURAL POND WITH A REED BELT, the water quality of which is often inadequate in midsummer.

Guest Access:
In principle, the entire grounds, including the two ponds and the riding facilities, are available for use. However, the stables themselves may only be entered after consulting with the horse owners, and the horses may not be petted or fed under any circumstances.
Riding lessons or cross-country rides can be booked; please contact the riding center directly.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the Hexenburg four-sided courtyard (fee €5 each).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und aufwendig restaurierte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung.Die Hexenburg ist zwar noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt, die Anlage hat aber unglaublich viel Potenzial für ein, in unserem Fall, erholsames Wochenende.In der Ferienwohnung war alles da, was man im Alltag braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber.Das große Badezimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer Sauna ausgestattet, das kleine Bad war zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt im Juni 2025 noch teilweise im Bau, worauf bei der Buchung jedoch hingewiesen wurde.Für Natur-/ und Pferdeliebhaber ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen.Wir waren mit 5 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) in der Ferienwohnung und hatten alle genug Platz.Ein kleines Manko könnte für ältere oder unsichere Menschen die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung darstellen.Uns hat die Architektur der Treppe sehr gefallen, jedoch bietet diese wenig Möglichkeiten zum sicheren festhalten.

Eine großzügige, praktische Wohnung mit luftiger Galerie in einem sehr besonderen Landgut mit angeschlossenem Reitstall lädt zum Erholen vor Ort ein - und ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Kleiner Disclaimer: da noch an einigen Stellen gewerkelt wird, ist (noch) nicht alles perfekt, aber was wird, wird sicher bald besonders sein.
