Ein tolles Ferienobjekt für eine kleine Gruppe oder eine Familienzusammenkunft am Fuße der Lausche!Alle Doppelzimmer mit Bad ermöglichen auf der einen Seite privaten Raum und auf der anderen Seite hat man im großen Aufenthaltsraum Küche (darin alles vorhanden, was man braucht), Spielzimmer (Dart, Billiard), Spielzimmer für Kinder, ein großes Fernsehzimmer sowie unter dem Dach eine schöne Lounge mit Balkon und somit tolle Möglichkeiten für ein geselliges Beisammensein. Die Lage am Ortsausgang bietet einen unmittelbaren Zugang zu verschiedenen Wanderrouten. Mehrere Gaststätten mit guter Küche sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Busanbindung gibt es ebenfalls mit der Gästekarte interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für ein Familienwochenende gebucht und waren total begeistert von Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit des Hauses. Die individuelle Einrichtung der Zimmer, die tolle Ausstattung der Küche und der Gemeinschaftsbereiche ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Das Verfahren zu Erwerb und Nutzung der Gästekarten war etwas kompliziert, was aber nicht am Vermieter gelegen hat sondern eher an verwaltungstechnischen Dingen.

Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter dieses wunderschönen Ferienhauses! Wir können den vorangegangen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmack-und liebevoll mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und für größere Familien super geeignet. Die Kinder waren vom Spielzimmer begeistert, die Erwachsenen von Sauna, Billardzimmer, Massagestuhl, Dachlounge,.... Die Küche / Esszimmer bietet Platz für alle, wer möchte, kann sich ins Medienzimmer zurückziehen. Besonders positiv ist auch, dass jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad zu Verfügung steht. Die Kommunikation mir der Vermieterfamilie war unkompliziert, sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage des Hause, direkt unterhalb der Lausche, ist genial für Wanderungen für Groß und Klein. Bauden zum Einkehren gibt es mehr als genug. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gern einmal wieder.Familie Torke

ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Das Haus war bei Ankunft blitzeblank.Die Zimmer sowie Bäder sind liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail.Für unsere kleien Gäste war das Kinder-Spiel-Zimmer der Renner.Sehr schön ist auch die Dachlounge sowie der Balkon mit Blick in die Natur.Die große Wohnküche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der hausnahe Grillplatz mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten ist sehr einladend. Das Haus macht den Eindruck, als würde man bei einer Familie zu Besuch sein. Wir waren über Weihnachten da. Was uns auch sehr freute, das ganzen Haus war dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert. Es ist sehr großzügig angelegt, die Zimmer sind groß und haben eigene Bäder, was es noch schöner macht. Die Küchenausstattung war perfekt, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Alles sehr modern und gut durchdacht. Der große Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie verbracht und uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch einmal Urlaub in diesem Haus zu machen, ist auf alle Fälle eine Option, denn die Gegend um Großschönau ist sehr schön. Vielen Dank!

Zauberhaft im Zittauer Gebirge

Was soll ich sagen: Einfach WOW! Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet; es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Für uns war wichtig, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hatte. Die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräume haben wir gerne genutzt. Egal ob Billardspielen oder auf der Dachterrasse quatschen. Für uns (9 Erwachsene) war es absolut passend. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus der Superlative

100 % Empfehlung von uns. Die Kommunikation im Voraus (Fragen zu Ausstattung Kids, Check In etc) war ausführlich und äußerst freundlich. Die Anreise im Mai verlief entspannt, da Schlüssel über einem Tresor entnommen wurde. Der erste Eindruck hat uns mehr als imponiert. Wunderbar helle, großzügige Räume. Klasse Aufteilung der Bereiche. Die Küche ist sehr detailliert und liebevoll ausgestattet. Als große Familie (5 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder) hat sich direkt jeder mehr als wohlgefühlt. Absolut sauber und top gepflegt haben u.a. Dachterrasse und Sauna, als auch der Außenbereich überzeugt. Grillen und die Sonne genießen- alles sofort möglich. Die Lage direkt am Hang der Lausche - fast unbezahlbar! Zu Fuß haben wir gern die Gegend erkundigt. Der Dorfbach gegenüber vom Haus bereitete den Kids regelmäßig Abkühlung- und der Tipp mit dem Schaukeln am Waldrand war Gold wert. Preis- Leistung hat uns total überzeugt. Wir reisen sehr gern wieder an und geben den Tipp weiter!

Mehr als nur Urlaub

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben vier wunderschöne Ferientage in Waltersdorf verlebt, und waren rundum zufrieden mit allen Gegebenheiten. Nicht nur das Wetter und die zauberhafte Umgebung waren phantastisch, sondern wir hatten eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Liebevoll eingerichtete helle und geräumige Zimme, jedes mit eigenem Bad; modernste Lichtinstallationen überall, eine schöne große Wohnstube/-küche, welche alles an Technik und Zubehör zu bieten hatte, was man zum Zubereiten für das leibliche Wohl so braucht. Eine schöne Sauna, ein funktioneller Medienraum, eine gemütliche Lounge mit Terasse und nicht zuletzt ein tolles Billiardzimmer! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und das Einzige was wir bedauern ist, dass wir nicht mehr Zeit dort verbringen konnten. Aber wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Ein großes Dankeschön noch einmal an Familie Nünke, herzliche Grüße und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir sind mit 8 Erwachsene u. 2 Kinder angereist . Das Ferienhaus ist topp eingerichtet.Tradition wurde mit modernem Stil verbunden. Sauberkeit 1 a .Ausstattung Küche 1 a , Spielbereich für gross und klein super schön ,alles vorhanden .Wir haben die Tage dort genossen,haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut ,da wir ja viele Fragen wegen der Coronabeschränkungen hatten. Wir können das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen .Werden auch wieder dort buchen. Schönes Haus, super für Urlaub mit Kindern

Unser verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Objekt hat uns sehr gefallen, es ist unheimlich viel Platz und alles ist neu renoviert. Die Spielecke war das Highlight für die Kinder und die Sauna für die Erwachsenen.
