The absent, e-check in was a bit confusing and unsettling as I showed up at 9pm but had not received my access entry and room codes. After 6 calls I finally got thru and the person online was able to provide access then it all worked out. "

"We ended up staying in a shipping container converted into a room. It was quite small and cramped. The windows were not equipped for wind, and there was constant banging on our windows all night. The place was somewhat hard to find - inadequate instructions. Finally, the place itself feels quite spooky, especially when other people aren’t walking around."

Heller ikke god nok info om at man først må til Tjeldsundbrua kro og motell for å få nøkkel. Her burde det ligge tydelig info på hotels.com sin side! Ville gitt bedre total skåre om det ikke var uklar info om beliggenhet og innsjekking. Rimelig overnatting, rent og pent."

"The hotel is ok if you need it just for a couple of days. There’s no reception. You check in yourself by taking your key for a locker in front of your room. Room was ok, but it looked quite old. The only problem is the location is quite outside from the center and you need to walk a bit to reach it."
