Great house and location

Everything is in great condition. Bed was comfy. The bbq pit in the backyard is excellent for a dinner with family and friends. Best of all, Heather was helpful.

Disappointed

The house was nice enough. We have allergies and migraines triggered by strong scents. We made a timely request that they use unscented detergent to wash the bedding and towels. They told us we would have to pay additional fees or deal with it ourselves. We spent the first day of vacation doing laundry. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and recycling waste from previous guests. They failed to provide basic amenities such as Kleenex. The guest contact/host provided incorrect and inconsistent information and instructions about special requirements and additional fees for garbage disposal in this gated community. They were unresponsive to our calls. There were signs throughout the house warning that guests must “Please Remove All Garbage From Home At Departure” and “Failure to remove trash will result in additional fee!” The persistent intervention of the Evolve Support Team, who were great, was necessary to resolve this issue. We left 3 days early.

The property was beautiful. The lake was awesome. The only thing that was not mentioned was a 50 charge per car for 7 days when entering the community.

10 STARS!!! The BEST Cabin!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!! This truly is the BEST cabin we have stayed in PML. From the service and friendliness of the management co., to cleanliness and endless thoughtfulness of details of what a cabin should have, this was a great experience! The cabin was so spacious on the inside (even the hallway felt roomy), and very well kept. Outside was fantastic too, with a great deck for sitting, and below deck was the grandest BBQ grill area, right in front of a beautiful nature scene, where deer, turkey, and a fox would come and pass through in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This is a true gem

We stayed in the house for 3 nights and went to Yosemite daytime to hike. The drive to Yosemite was about 1 h 20 min and the road went over the mountains with the best views of the valleys. The house had absolutely everything we needed and everything worked so fine. We did our laundry and we cooked all our meals at home, watched movies and slept like babies in the comfortable beds. We didn’t use the outdoor kitchen, it was a bit too chilly in the evening. The deer came and visited us, the turkeys and the squirrels. We can recommend this house highly!

Beautiful home in lake community

This home in Pine Mountain Lake was such an enjoyable stay. The home is just lovely and decorated perfectly to give you a lake house feel. The beds were comfortable and each room had a big ceiling fan which was awesome! We loved bbqing and hanging out at the outdoor kitchen, enjoyed big breakfasts around the kitchen table, and most of all hanging out on the deck after dinner. The lake was a short drive - my husband even ran 5k to the lake and around the community before it got too hot out. We all enjoyed hanging out at the lake. My 7 year old son loved the turkeys, birds and deer in the yard. The teens in our family loved their private bonus room downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and so many , glasses, dishes and pots, pans and utensils to make meals comfortably at the home. This home is perfect for those who want to visit Yosemite or just enjoy the Pine Mountain Lake community. The property manager was very pleasant . :) Our only regret is not staying longer. We are already talking about when we want to visit again! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
