This is a NON SMOKING HOME. Any signs of smoking in the home will result in a cleaning fee of $300 to remove the odor.
Absolutely no PARTIES or LARGE gatherings, if there are reports of parties, large gatherings or loud noise complaints, your booking will be canceled
Only registered guest allowed to stay overnight on the premises. If you misrepresent the number of guest on the property, you will be charged extra.
