"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Very close to the train station, so even if the weather is bad, IBIS is easy to get to. And they have large umbrellas to rent if you need one. The staff was very informative and willing to chat when they weren't otherwise occupied. While my stay was short, they had good suggestions that I want to explore when I return"
