"Property needs upkeep, molding in bathtubs has mold . Windows and stainless full of smudges and who knows what. There were no hygiene products in bathroom or shower area. Not up to the standard for a Hampton ."

"Hidden in the woods, everything we needed was there. This cabin is prone to local insects visiting, not unexpected considering the location. Keep the doors closed. Watch out for the spiders, they do spider things outside! They are amazing to watch. Lovely and special place!"

"The GPS can get spotty in Tracy and take you around the block inadvertently, but at the loss of two minutes?!Such a cozy, rustic cottage. For anyone looking to enjoy all of the natural treasures of the surrounding area, and still have access to amenities, it's a real gem.If you love this neck of the woods, or even if you're new, it's an affordable treat. Still close enough to Sewanee to explore campus, visit friends at the Monteagle Assembly and Clifftops, or have a quiet respite on the way to Nashville or Chattanooga, while being walking distance or a five minute drive to all of the the beautiful trails and waterfalls. Excellent choice!"

"The property was beautiful. Sits right behind the river so it was nice to walk down a few steps and fish or just take in the views. The gardens were so pretty. It was calming watching the butterflies. There is a glider swing on the hill to take it all in! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The back balcony was so nice to sit out and watch the birds. Paula our host was very hospitable. She was there at her house next door when we arrived. She introduced us to her little dogs that are oh so sweet. The power was out briefly when we arrived, but she brought us a generator, and some battery powered lights! She even brough us over some freshly laid eggs. Everything was great and we would love to return one day."
