Chalet on stilts with a large terrace of 20m2 (table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol). Upstairs, living room-kitchen (satellite TV, WiFi, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed, bedroom-cabin with two bunk beds, mezzanine with an extra bed for two people, bathroom (hairdryer, washing machine). On the ground floor there is a closed shelter for bicycles or other sports equipment. All shops and beach restaurants nearby. Beach and water sports centre 150m away. Bicycle path at 150m.
Authentic wooden chalet on stilts with shutters closed in the old-fashioned way, keeping the spirit of the famous film 37°2.
All taxes are included in the price.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Sheets can be rented. (10€ per bed)
Cleaning on departure obligatory (45 €) for rentals with animals.
Fixed price for cleaning on departure 45€ (if taken, the rental will be vacated at 10am)

We had a fantastic time in the Chalet village of Gruissan Plage. The Chalet was perfect, everything was functioning well and we felt very much welcomed by our host Pierre upon our arrival.The location is set perfectly. Beach, supermarket, bars and restaurant are in short walking distance.The region itself gives a lot of opportunities for excursions. Plan to come again..
