Ground floor : living room with fitted kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge), open living room with sofas, micro wave oven, hi-fi system separated. Toilet with washing machine.
1st Floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed ( 180x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), shower room with toilet.

Situated halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, Les Ayguades with its natural landscape is highly appreciated for its calm, its pond and its large fine sandy beach.
The pond offers the possibility to practise many water sports and the calm waters means it's ideal for the beginners. Close to the seaside resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan (accessible by a cycle track) it is easy to enjoy of the cultural and sporting activities proposed by these towns.

Belle maison

Belle maison proche de la plage. Bien située dans le lotissement. L'agence nous a donné très peu d'indication pour trouver la maison : avons cherché l'emplacement pendant 20 mn...de plus la place de parking est très éloignée de la maison. À savoir : TV avec uniquement des chaînes allemandes, pas de possibilité de chaînes françaises et de brancher un Chromcast( tv verrouillée), très décevant
