Villa T2 mezzanine for 5-6 people, facing east. East facing, living area 38 m² + small garden, approx. 600 m from the beach.
Ground floor: veranda with living room, microwave, washing machine.
Kitchen opening onto living room with 2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, washing machine, sofa, TV.
Bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Shower room with shower and washbasin.
Separate WC.
Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm).

Residence with swimming pool made up of semi-detached houses, local shops. Weekly market in Gruissan on Thursdays (July and August).
The Ayguades district is located 5 kilometres from the marina, and is easy to get to by taking the flat, safe cycle path that runs alongside the Massif de la Clape.
The Ayguades district is unique in that it lies between the sea and the Massif de la Clape, and boasts two lakes, making it an area of outstanding natural beauty.

l'appartement n'était pas comme dans la description. Ne convient pas pour six personnes, beaucoup trop petit. Lit mezzanine cassé, appartement nécessitant une rénovation majeure, par ex. La prise pendait au mur, le fusible du poêle était cassé, le jardin n'était pas comme sur les photos, la vaisselle était cassée, il manquait divers ustensiles de cuisine, le canapé était très sale et gras. L'emplacement est génial. A votre arrivée nous vous avons versé une caution en espèces, l'agence nous a promis un paiement en espèces le jour du départ, à la fin un grand thé et à la fin nous avons dû récupérer l'argent au bureau de l'agence. Très décevant plus jamais !

Appartement manque luminosité, photo jardin correspond pas réalité. Télévision seulement 2 chaînes. Prise frigo branlante et congélateur givre à outrance. Housse canapé pas nette. Attente remboursement caution du 9/5 au 25/5.

Bien dans l ensemble. À raffaichir un peu

Appartement rendu plus propre qu à notre arrivée. Rainures des portes coulissantes de la baie vitrée très sales donc bien difficile d ouvrir à chaque fois. Signalé le premier jour à l agence et Aspirateur fait de notre côté pour aider à l ouverture. Les clés de la logia n ont pas été fournis à notre arrivée donc, balai et barbecue non dispo jusqu a notre retour en Agence 2 jours après. Sinon bonne situation géographique.

Manque des produits des d'acceuil si l'on arrive tard pour manger et assaisonner un salade ou autre.

Manque la wifi pour télé travail, Plaque chauffante grande disjoncte très souvent quand elle est chaude( le bouton de réglage de chaleur a du jeu).il manque des ustensile de cuisine tel que fouet ,verre doseur, ect... Robinetterie douche a revoir le robinet d'eau chaude a du jeu. La télé est un peu petite et souvent a reregler vu que le compteur ne tient pas. Manque clim car sous le toit il fait très chaud. Sur la rampe mettre un brise vue car a plusieurs couple pour d'habiller il n'y a pas d'intimite. Les literies en 140 impeccable sauf le lit du haut qui grince.et les carreaux du planché son decolè. Pas trouvé le barbecue et pas d'aleze sur la literie, heureusement j'ai emmené du Sanitol pour désinfecter.
