"Location, food, restaurants , gym, pool staff , clean rooms were all excellent, Except for the dangerous stairs that one takes from the pool into the beach that is derailed and is about to collapse , while a few wires are holding it from falling , a liability waiting to happen and a guest unfortunately hurt , God forbid bc of negligence . Also the beach umbrellas and chairs are outdated and poorly kept."

In other hotels, it’s either they’re unaware or I needed to remind them of such perks. - Breakfast was a delight and the reception lady was nice and accommodating. - The hotel presentation looks good and the interiors smelled clean.
