Welcome to the Loisenhof Holiday Rentals on Lake Chiemsee. Our farm, which we run as a side business, is situated in a beautiful, open location with fields and lush green meadows. Enjoy the peaceful setting and the magnificent mountain views. Our guests have access to an on-site mini-golf course in the very large garden, which features a trampoline, swing, slide, lounge chairs, a grill, and seating areas, as well as a table tennis table, our electric vehicle charging stations, and a charging cabinet for e-bike batteries. The beautiful Chiemsee beach is 700 metres away. Many biking and hiking trails lead directly from the farm through stunning countryside. Three very well-equipped holiday apartments in the main house, each with a large, furnished east- or southeast-facing balcony. All three holiday apartments feature two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and satellite TV. The apartments also feature a spacious entryway, and the “Sonntagshorn” apartment additionally has a small living room. The “Hochfelln” apartment features a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and couch. There are two holiday apartments in the adjacent building. The well-equipped “Steinplatte” holiday apartment on the 1st floor, featuring a large furnished southeast-facing balcony, has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room with a dining area, couch, and satellite TV. The “Hochgern” holiday rental on the ground floor, with a very large furnished terrace, features a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living/sleeping area with two daybeds and a TV. It also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.
The holiday rental on the second floor, which was renovated in the winter of 2024–2025, measures 55 square metres and features an entryway, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a raised double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A wonderful living area with a kitchen has also been created. It features an extremely high-quality, modern, and very well-equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, and a couch with a TV. The living area opens onto a large, furnished east-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the Chiemgau Mountains. The holiday rental is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with range hood, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a hand mixer, and a DAB radio with CD player. Hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request. The bedroom furniture and dining area are made of local solid wood.
Here you’ll be away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 700 metres from the beach. A bakery with a small EDEKA supermarket is located about 700 metres away. Beautiful hiking and biking trails lead you directly from the farm through stunning countryside. The boat dock in Gstadt is about 3 km away; from there, you can reach Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. An excellent starting point for hiking, biking, or sightseeing. Numerous excursion options in the surrounding area.
