I arrived very early after an overnight flight. Staff were accommodating and found us a room to check in early. I very much appreciate the effort. This type of things are what separate the best from the average. The rest of our stay was very good as well.

Comfortable, clean, nice room, clean bathroom. If the sound insulation from the corridor would be good (either by creating an ante-room), it would be great. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about ignorant hotel guests' behaviour...

Ample free parking and nice gym. Hotel is otherwise unremarkable. Furnishings are a bit tired. Lamps flicker from worn switches, bathroom is clean but looks a bit dirty as it needs fresh caulk and some new paint. Other hotels in Guadalajara represent better values (Lower rates and better accommodations at AC Guadalajara and Pax), but they book more quickly than this hotel.

Pleasant enough. Well located

We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. There was a green square on the wall behind the Tv which doesn’t make sense and there a powerful smell of freshener everywhere. Asked housekeeping to not to use during or stay and the didn’t. Reception staff was kind and friendly so it was most of the bar staff, one person got annoyed when we ask reception to find them to order some more drinks.

We'd definitely go back. We've stayed several times. It's very convenient and one block from a small mall. Unfortunately the hotel hasn't kept up the yard around the hotel on the back side, so views are less than encouraging. Looks a bit abandoned. If they would invest a little bit more in the exterior, like they've done on the interior, it would go up several notches.

The view and the amenities were nice. The staff was also friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, however. The walls were also thin. One night my neighbor was watching television quite late. I was also awakened quite early one morning to someone playing the flute.

I booked a king and was give a triple bed. Not much space to move around room. Then I was give basically a closet room with a full (not Queen). It was ok, but I was supposed to have a balcony and bigger room. Not much accommodating.

El hotel tiene bonitas instalaciones el personal es agradable lamentablemente nos han otrorgado una habitacion q olia demasiado a cigarrillo sus sabanas y toallas tenian impregnados el olor a nicotina creo q se debe vigilar mas este tipo de cosas al final termina siendo desagradable para aquellas personas que no fumamos
