People at the front desk are clueless on what they are doing. One person tells you one thing and another one comes and tells you they’re sorry but you were misinformed. It almost seems as they are upset when you book through Expedia and not through them. Their beds are so old that the mattress sinks in and you will literally roll off the bed. We had a total of 4 rooms 8 beds and all the beds were like that. There’s nothing around the hotel within walking distance. The hotel made a mistake and acknowledged their mistake but did not credit or refunded anything. They simply apologized. How do you charge someone something and realize you were wrong and not address the issue? Overall and outdated hotel with poor customer service.

HORRIBLE
due to construction not mentioned we end up at the corner of the motel carrying 3 luggages and I am handicapped and also there was a ramp to exit out because i was never told if there were other exits, the restaurant closed cause remodeling and there were ants by the coffee maker and lock of air, remote control did not work or is controled by the staff. I had to moved to another Hotel cause of my condition and they did not reimburse the last 3 days remaining,

Estimado cliente lamentamos lo sucedido, somos una empresa dedicada al servicio y siempre comprometidos a mejorar día con día, sin embargo también nos gustaría aclarar que en todo momento se le dio una opción de cambio de habitación a una que esta en plata baja, es una habitación de mayor categoría y se le ofreció sin costo adicional, sin embargo su esposa no acepto este cambio desconocemos los motivos, si ustedes nos hubieran comentado que tiene algún problema de salud en sus piernas con gusto le buscamos una mejor opción sin embargo tampoco fuimos notificados ya que a simple vista no detectamos su discapacidad que nos menciona que tiene, también le comento que no nos gustan los datos erróneos, el hotel actualmente no esta bajo ninguna remodelacion son las carreteras y lamentablemente no podemos controlar esta situación ya que es de gobierno, sin embargo esto no afecta porque tenemos otras entradas alternativas en calles completamente transitables, estas entradas cuentan con rampas y escaleras para personas discapacitadas las cuales se ven a simple vista, hemos echo una investigación exhaustiva y nuestros compañeros que tuvieron el placer de atenderlo nos comentan que incluso le dieron la opción de que el taxi entrara al hotel y los dejara lo mas cerca a su habitación de tal manera que ustedes caminaran lo menos posible, el restaurante esta abierto de 7:00 a 9:00 pm, horario corrido, el restaurante no esta en remodelacion, si nuestras instalaciones no fueron de su agrado nosotros lo entendemos, pero no es valido compartir información equivocada, actualmente no contamos con ningún tipo de plaga ya que tenemos una fumigacion preventiva cada mes para atacar cualquier problema de plaga, lamentablemente esto que nos comenta que le sucedió no lo sabíamos hasta este momento, hubiera estado bien que nos compartiera esto en su debido momento. reciba un cordial saludo.

Dinner at restaurant was nice Bathroom small We ask for a taxi for 6:00am come 6:15 am we ended up ordering an Uber because front fest never had our request If you are visiting and want easy access to down town I would say no and stay at hotel morales

Under construction
i booked a two-night stay but left after one night. So much of the hotel was under construction to my surprise and it gave me an uneasy feeling. The room was OK though it seemed like it wasn’t finished. The room phone was not plugged in yet. We walked though levels of construction to get to our room. The service was ok. The main reason for my lower rating is that think they should have disclosed the construction. I was also disappointed with the location—I thought I could walk to the main plaza. It is possible to walk but it’s not a nice stroll. I left after one night and was not able to get a refund for my second night.

First time in México it was very nice I spent just two days in the hotel so relaxing is seem that I was there for weeks highly recommended.

The building has lack of insulation, i could hear people outside my door like if they were in my room, Also the room had 3 windows with just a little latch to secure them i didn't feel safe to sleep or take a shower with a see thru window and no curtain. The restaurant ran out of food on the buffet and had to wait more than 10 minutes to continue eating between meals. The door key failed to work the first night and had to walk to front desk to reprogram it on very cold weather. Overall very dissatisfied with the stay.

A fantastic option
This hotel is amazing and its well worth it's price. Even though I only stayed one night I had a blast and the staff could not have been better. I thouroughly recommend it if looking for options in the area.

Hotel close to the airport
I got this hotel because i was only staying in Guadalajara for one night. My flight was earlybin the morning so I decided stay here. The room was half updated and still has that old style hotel. The area is loud as cars and trucks pass by and is right next to a busy street.

This hotel is very outdated and needs an upgrade asap. Looks more like a motel than anything. Rooms maybe clean but the interior design makes them look dirty. I don't think I would stay here again. There are much better new hotels at the same rate I paid here.

Things not working
It had its charms, the pool, the parrot the breakfast veranda but the lights and ceiling fan in my room were wired together so you couldnt turn out the lights and have the fan on at night, which may have been okay if the AC was better but it didnt work well and I gave up trying to get better. In my friends room the safe didnt work. Hotel and restaurant staff ranged from rude to awesome. It was conveniently located and nothing else was available is why we really stayed. Mattresses were okay, so from other comments they may have fixed that.

Great hotel with Mexican charm
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking which is a bonus when in the city. A little difficult to find but mainly because it was a rainy night. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good and the main restaurant was excellent. It is a short distance about 20 minutes from the airport and set back from the highway. Ideal if you are continuing your travel on any highway out of Guadalajara.

It was very disappointment from the beginning. The most noisy rooms, worn out bed and holey towels, they called them (substandard)the Expedia rooms. Also, we reserved a king bed and they gave us two which one was completely worn out.

Older hotel, very old. Parts were over 200 years from Spanish times. The manager Jesus (?) esa fantástico. I didn't speak Spanish his English fair but he did everything possible to help make my stay perfect. Upscale steak house next door

Perfectly Comfortable!
We booked the basic room for 7 nights at the last minute and couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The staff were always helpful, rooms kept clean and stocked and the 24 hour access made it possible for us to come and go. Don't let the highway out front fool you; once we made it into our room, we were at peace and slept sound. We enjoyed our stay and will book again our next trip!

Lovely little hotel. Our room had a 4-poster bed with a very comfortable mattress. The room was small, but adequate, and was located near the pool. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant in the evening - great food, and attentive waiter. Would absolutely stay there again,

this hotel is right on the main drag with cars and trucks cruising by day and night. good thing most of the rooms are back off the street and quiet. nice pool and restaurant. the front desk staff repeatedly appeared to be day-dreaming with us standing right in front of them. odd.

Near Plaza Hidalgo and the airport.
We booked a night to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. It turns out our flight was delayed and the hotel easily gave us another room to extend our stay. The rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning. We ate at the hotel restaurant, the Massi. WOW! Great food! The porter was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short inexpensive taxi ride from the Plaza Hidalgo. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Overall Good Experience
The room and the hotel in general is in great condition. The internet would cut off and on. The food at the Terraza restaurant was really good and the service was great as well. It was a little noisy in the morning due to traffic on the main road in front.
