Great stay with clean amenities, I would recommend highly. Lost a star as it’s a bit odd after checking out you are no longer allowed to use the pool and other amenities. So if you have a later flight I’d look elsewhere!

Excellent stay at Hotel Velvet Plaza. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The location is convenient, and the amenities were well maintained. Overall, a great experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cleaning staff and bell boy was great and also the amenities. Front desk staff were a bit snobbish, not approachable to answer questions/seems that you interrupted them, also rushed check in with no explanation of where the amenities were located, etc.

A particular front desk female was not very customer service friendly. Booked this particular hotel for the city view & pool. The view I got was facing another building and parking garage. When requesting an upper to get a better view I was told there was nothing else available. To make matters worse pool was out of service for the my entire 5 days, 4 nights stay.
