This is a nice hotel, however, just note that it is at least a mile to Chaputlepec, which is a lot of tourist’s destination. It really takes a Uber drive instead of a walk, especially on hot days. The building across this street is one of the most graffiti tagged buildings I’ve seen.

It was very comfortable, the staff were polite and the hotel room was very clean. But I had a slight problem with the fact that they charged for the buffet instead of it being part of the price of the stay. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The hotel has great amenities. I enjoyed the steam room, pool, and weight room. There is free water and towel in the weight room. There is also a great view while working out in the roof top.

The only issue was the bed size. I booked a King Size and they really don’t have king size beds They say they do but is really a queen size. After trying to come to resolution with them because I was traveling with my daughter and needed that extra space. The staff refused to help or accommodate us. They really didn’t care. Another issue was the room service I got the wrong food delivered and over priced. Honestly you can find better food around.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I feel safe and comfortable staying here. The staff is on it. The surroundings are so convenient. There’s a shopping center, Bancomer and restaurants all within a 5 min walk. You also count with a pharmacy right across the street! However they could improve their customer retention strategies. They don’t budge on making petty charges even though you are a loyal customer. I don’t know if this is a Mexico thing or just them. I am considering booking a different hotel for next time. There’s no need to be stingy on the tooth paste, or charge me an upgrade for a day I could not even make it to my reservation. I don’t care how cheap it is, it’s the hospitality of things.

The staff is what really makes this place awesome. The front desk, the front personnel and the maids all wonderful. Always polite and accommodating if you needed anything. They really made you feel welcome. The property seems not to have so much insulation because you can hear everything and I mean everything that goes on outside. The area is nice but there is an empty lot next to it along with an abandoned building in front which makes the hotel seem sketchy. Other than that it’s in a great walkable location. Pharmacy is in the front, an Oxxo a few steps to the side. Restaurants and banks nearby. The room does have a big smart tv which we love when unwinding from a day of exploring. We wished they had a mini fridge tho, that would be nice. Other than that it was a great hotel.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re not a light sleeper. Is a very noisy avenue and windows are not isolated. I stayed in a corner room, very nice until I went to sleep, very noisy, but I found on YouTube “white noise for 8 hours” and that made me ignore the noisy traffic (all night).
