    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
    En cuanto a recepción el check in fue un poco complicado.La administración de parte de Luisa carece de servicio al cliente.La propiedad esta muy bonita solo que deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza.Al preguntarle algo a Luisa puede llegar a ser un poco confrontativa y grosera.No es de mucha ayuda como normalmente lo seria un buen anfitrión.Reservamos una semana y nos dejaron dos toallas.Le pedimos extras y dijo que no hay.Luego que “Nos haria el paro” (??) toallas nunca llegaron.Nosotros siempre viajamos con la mejor actitud para pasar un buen rato.No somos exigentes pero en esta ocasion si consideramos importante que LU’UM evalue a quien dejan a cargo en recepción ya que es el primer contacto cuando una persona llega de visita. El espacio podria mejorar en cuanto a un buen trato hospitalario de parte de Luisa y limpieza.
