Our stay was lovely. It was peaceful and quiet. At night we could hear the waves from the lake and we woke up to the sound of birds. The gym had everything we needed for our workout. We never took advantage of the pool, ping pong table, pool table or foosball, but we did soak in the jacuzzi and soaking tub.

The property overall is very pretty. During the check-in, we requested additional pillows, which were never delivered. Approximately 730 in the afternoon, early evening, my husband went to ask about the pillows and additional water and there was absolutely no one available. The staff had gone home. The shower didn't drain whatsoever so my husband had to wait approximately 3 hours before he could shower without fear of overflow. Operationally the company has many issues that need to be addressed.

The unit was nice, though it was next to a construction zone. It seems like they are expanding and that is another pleasant by any means. The noise is horrendous and the people coming and going is annoying. We left after two nights.

Horribly loud banging noises at 5:30 in the morning. Staff said it was the neighbors boiler. A walkie talkie was left in the room and we could hear people talking on it at 7am. Check in said 2pm but our room was not ready until 2:30.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. It wasn’t ready despite showing up well after check in. No water or brown water coming out of showers and sink on our second day with No one to be able to contact because there was no front desk staff after 4 pm this place is expensive and terrible bad in all aspects, cleanliness, customer service, convenience, and overall experience. Our family trip Was ruined.

Expedia have no customer service, difficult to reach to a live agent. This hotel have no service, no proper training staff, after 8pm there’s no one in the entire hotel, before 8am there’s no one at the front desk, not able to communicate in English; totally nothing to do in the entire hotel, this is not a hotel should call them a “bed and no breakfast”

I was going weekend vacation with my wife, Expedia make a mistake not making right connections, end up I have to stay 1 night for $900, at beginning I told the hotel owner it is not his fault so I can paid the amount and he promise to give me written note a big discount for future stay to compensate my lost, and the next day worst part the owner was not honest there’s nothing written, no breakfast no one to checking out, it’s not about money lost, such a bad feeling that a vacation hotel owner lying and Expedia have such bad communication to help a royal customer. Never again trust this hotel!

This was horrible. They took our money, and put us in the waterfront room we paid for around 6PM. We left for 2 hours and there was an outdoor party with bad noise masquerading as music going on upon our return around 8PM. We asked the hotel staff when it would end and they said at 1 PM. We told them this was unacceptable. They then offered to either refund our money and leave or take a substandard room that we found out had no hot water. We took the room as we had no place else to go. And to add injury to insult, they offered us overvalued services in exchange, when they should have been offering us a partial refund. And they blamed Hotels.com for their refusal to offer a refund, stating that We paid a premium for the room and got far less. I am filing a complaint with Hotels.com. We should have been offered a partial refund. You should be wary of lodging with them.

En las noches no hay personal. En las habitaciones que están cerca del muelle se escucha mucho ruido por las noches porque la marea hace que las lanchas se golpeen entre si y el muelle no es fijo. Solo son plásticos flotantes.

Muy recomendable el hotel, el personal muy amable. Mi queja es con hoteles.com me hicieron un cargo por una persona extra en mi estado de cuenta, en repetidas ocasiones traté de comunicarme atención a clientes para aclarar que solo éramos dos personas pero en todos mis intentos no pude solucionar mi aclaración, es muy frustrante comunicarle con una grabadora que no ofrece soluciones y solo entorpece la comunicación. Espero y el personal les mi queja por este medio y me puedan explicar por qué se me hizo dicho cargo.
