Very helpful staff. They printed out documents for me and even got me a pencil! Very nice included breakfast and a free drink was available at the bar. Free shuttle to airport.

The desk clerk was not helpful and argumentative. When I explained that we had one less child in the party, he still charged for the additional person. Then, when we arrived to one of the two rooms he had issued a room key for a room already occupied. Though we booked two rooms, they were on opposite ends of the floor.

Modern motel with comfortable bed and basic showers. We arrived late so we thought there would be a shuttle which was not the case, we had to call a the hotel to request one but only if one was available…

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Staff was great want to give a special thanks to the young man working at the restaurant. Cant remember his name but was thin with tattoos, he was super friendly and attentive. Downsides were the thin walls unfortunately it was a bit noisy and the food service (kitchen) was a pretty long wait to our food out. I would stay here again the amenities make it worth it.

Very close to airport in Guadalajara. Quiet and clean will stay again if i go back to Guadalajara. The pool was nice too for my daughters. Food was really good too.

Staff are super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is great. Great hotel to stay in if traveling to or from the airport. Besides the airport there is nothing near by. I highly recommend!
