No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odours and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, the building, or immediately outside it.
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 p.m., and check-out is by 11 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately
Proper Waste Disposal: Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, and please follow the rules for your apartment or building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers guest parking, please be considerate of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block property entrances. Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted areas. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking metres in several areas of the city. The host is not responsible for damage, theft, or incidents that may occur during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shoots, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation.
