  • Unwind where the forest meets the sea. Perched on a private 1-acre lot bordering a serene pine forest, our 2,100 sq. ft. open-concept home is a haven for meditation and relaxation. From the porch or balcony, let the rhythmic sound of waves and barking seals be your soundtrack as you scan the horizon for migrating whales.
    The Space:
    Living: An airy, bi-level floor plan. The first floor features a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas—perfect for gathering. Retreat upstairs to the spacious family room for movie nights or quiet reflection.
    Work from Paradise: Designed for modern nomads, we feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a standing desk, and an external monitor.
    Sleeping: Comfortably sleeps 6 in beds, with space for 2 additional guests on an AeroBed or floor mattress.
    Location: Secluded but accessible. 1 minute to Anchor Bay Village; 6 minutes to the shops and galleries of downtown Gualala.
    Note: Due to our second-floor balcony and hardwood bi-level layout, our home is best suited for guests aged 10 and older.
